Terms & Conditions AnyVisa

1. Parties and Scope

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, submitting an application, or sending personal documents or other materials to AnyVisa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or submit any documents or applications to AnyVisa.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you, our customer, and AnyVisa Services Corp. (“AnyVisa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in relation to the services provided by AnyVisa. In these Terms, “you” refers to the individual accessing the website, placing an order, submitting documents, or receiving services from AnyVisa. If you are acting on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business, organization, or person to these Terms.

If you are considered a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation, you may have additional rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be limited, excluded, or restricted under applicable law.

AnyVisa may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time you place or modify an order will apply to that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

AnyVisa provides Canadian immigration, visa, permit, permanent residence, citizenship, document preparation, document review, and related immigration support services, as applicable. The specific services provided to you will depend on the service you order or the agreement reached between you and AnyVisa.

AnyVisa may assist you by identifying documents and forms that are generally required, reviewing information provided by you, preparing or completing forms based on your instructions and documents, and submitting applications or documents to government authorities or other relevant bodies, where applicable.

If AnyVisa refers you to a third-party service provider, you are responsible for reviewing that provider’s services, fees, terms, and conditions. AnyVisa is not responsible for services provided by third parties, and these Terms do not apply to those third-party services.

After you place an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. A contract between you and AnyVisa is formed only when AnyVisa confirms that your order has been accepted and/or begins providing the requested service.

If AnyVisa provides you with a translation of the English version of these Terms, the translation is provided for convenience only. The English version will govern your relationship with AnyVisa. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.

2. Procedure and Client Responsibility

AnyVisa will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and professional assistance in relation to the service you have requested. However, AnyVisa does not guarantee the approval, issuance, processing time, or outcome of any application, request, submission, reconsideration, review, or immigration matter.

All final decisions are made by the relevant government authority, including but not limited to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (“IRCC”), the Canada Border Services Agency (“CBSA”), Employment and Social Development Canada (“ESDC”), Service Canada, provincial or territorial immigration authorities, Canadian visa offices, or other applicable government bodies.

Eligibility requirements, document requirements, forms, government fees, processing times, and procedures are based on general criteria and publicly available information at the time of review. These requirements may vary depending on your personal circumstances, immigration history, family composition, education, employment history, financial situation, travel history, previous refusals, admissibility concerns, medical or criminal history, and any other factor considered relevant by the applicable authority.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, truthful, current, and consistent information and documents. You are also responsible for reviewing all forms, documents, declarations, application details, and instructions prepared or provided to you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, you must inform AnyVisa immediately.

AnyVisa is not responsible for errors, omissions, false statements, inaccuracies, missing documents, misrepresentations, delays, refusals, returned applications, missed deadlines, or other consequences caused by information or documents provided by you or by any third party on your behalf.

Government authorities may change requirements, forms, procedures, fees, or processing standards without prior notice. They may also request additional documents, information, interviews, biometrics, medical examinations, police certificates, updated forms, or other evidence at their discretion. AnyVisa will make reasonable efforts to inform you of relevant changes or requests after becoming aware of them.

Any processing times quoted by AnyVisa are approximate only and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, processing time should be calculated from the date when a complete application or submission is received by the relevant government authority, not from the date you first contacted AnyVisa or submitted documents to AnyVisa.

3. Submission of Documentation

General document requirements for Canadian immigration, visa, permit, permanent residence, citizenship, and related services may be available on our website. These requirements are provided for general information only and may vary depending on your personal circumstances, immigration history, application type, and the requirements of the relevant government authority.

AnyVisa will only provide the services specifically requested by you and accepted by AnyVisa. AnyVisa is not responsible for any application, deadline, document, family member, employer requirement, travel requirement, or other matter that was not specifically included in the service accepted by AnyVisa in writing.

By submitting a service request, order, application information, or supporting documents to AnyVisa, you agree to these Terms. Any confirmation that documents were received by AnyVisa does not mean that the documents are complete, accurate, sufficient, valid, or acceptable to the relevant government authority.

You must promptly inform AnyVisa of any changes to your circumstances or of any communication received from a government authority.

AnyVisa reserves the right to decline, pause, or stop working on any matter where the service cannot be properly performed, including due to incomplete or inconsistent information, concerns of misrepresentation or fraud, conflict of interest, non-payment, abusive conduct, or any other concern that prevents AnyVisa from continuing the service. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to AnyVisa’s refund policy, the stage of work completed, fees or disbursements already incurred, and applicable law.

4. Government Decisions and Travel Risk

AnyVisa does not issue visas, permits, permanent residence, citizenship, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, or any other immigration status or document. AnyVisa does not guarantee approval, issuance, processing time, validity period, conditions, or outcome of any application, request, submission, or immigration matter.

If you receive a visa, permit, approval letter, immigration document, or other correspondence from a government authority, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully and notifying AnyVisa immediately if you identify any error, discrepancy, or concern.

You should not make non-refundable travel arrangements, resign from employment, terminate housing, or make other major financial or personal commitments based only on estimated processing times or expected approval, unless you accept the risk of delay, refusal, or other changes outside AnyVisa’s control.

For temporary resident visas, electronic travel authorizations, work permits, study permits, or other travel-related documents, final admission to Canada is determined by CBSA at the port of entry, even if a visa, permit approval, or other authorization has been issued.

5. Delivery and Online Submission

Most Canadian immigration, visa, permit, permanent residence, citizenship, and related applications are submitted online through the applicable government portal, unless a paper-based submission is required or permitted by the relevant government authority.

Where a paper-based application, original document, passport, or other physical document must be sent by mail or courier, AnyVisa may use FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, or another reliable courier or delivery service. Any applicable delivery, courier, shipping, or mailing charges may be added to your order or charged separately.

Third-party courier, mailing, and delivery services are subject to the terms, conditions, timelines, and limitations of the respective service provider. AnyVisa is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, delivery failure, incorrect delivery, or other issues caused by third-party courier, mailing, or delivery services, except where required by applicable law.

6. Fees

AnyVisa’s professional service fees are based on the type of service requested, scope of work, complexity, urgency, professional time required, local market standards, and other relevant factors. Fees may be listed on the AnyVisa website or provided by quotation, invoice, service agreement, retainer agreement, or written confirmation. AnyVisa is not required to publish a complete list of all service fees online.

You are responsible for paying all applicable AnyVisa service fees, taxes, government processing fees, biometrics fees, right of permanent residence fees, employer compliance fees, third-party fees, courier or delivery charges, translation fees, assessment fees, and other costs or disbursements related to your matter, where applicable.

Government fees, third-party fees, courier fees, delivery charges, translation fees, assessment fees, and other disbursements are separate from AnyVisa’s professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. These fees may change without notice and are subject to the refund policies of the relevant government authority or third-party provider.

AnyVisa service fees are charged for professional services provided and are not conditional on the approval, refusal, processing time, or outcome of any application, request, submission, or immigration matter.

Once AnyVisa has started work on your matter, service fees may become partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the stage of work completed, the applicable agreement, invoice, refund policy, and applicable law. Once an application, request, or submission has been filed with a government authority, AnyVisa’s professional service fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

If an application is refused, returned, delayed, withdrawn, or requires additional work, any further services, re-submissions, reconsideration requests, new applications, webforms, updated forms, or additional submissions may be subject to additional fees.

AnyVisa may pause or stop work on a matter if required fees, government charges, third-party costs, or disbursements are not paid when due.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyVisa is not responsible for any loss, delay, refusal, returned application, missed deadline, financial loss, travel disruption, employment loss, business loss, loss of opportunity, or other damages arising from government decisions, government processing delays, changes in law, policy or procedure, third-party services, courier or delivery issues, or incomplete, inaccurate, false, misleading, outdated, or late information or documents provided by you or by any third party on your behalf.

AnyVisa is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, decisions, or requirements of any government authority, including IRCC, CBSA, ESDC, Service Canada, provincial or territorial immigration authorities, Canadian visa offices, or any other applicable authority.

Where original documents, passports, or other physical items are provided to AnyVisa, you should only provide documents specifically requested by AnyVisa. AnyVisa is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or destruction of documents caused by courier companies, mailing services, government authorities, third-party providers, or circumstances outside AnyVisa’s control.

If AnyVisa is found to be directly responsible for loss or damage to a physical document or item, AnyVisa’s liability will be limited to the reasonable replacement cost of that document or item, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AnyVisa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of information on the website, as immigration laws, policies, procedures, government fees, forms, and processing times may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyVisa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, relocation costs, or other expenses arising from or connected to the services, website, government decisions, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AnyVisa’s liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Claims Period

If you have any concern, complaint, or claim regarding the services provided by AnyVisa, you must notify AnyVisa in writing as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 30 days after the completion of the service or after you became aware of the issue.

Your notice should include a clear description of the concern, relevant dates, supporting documents, and any other information reasonably required for AnyVisa to review the matter.

Failure to notify AnyVisa within a reasonable time may limit AnyVisa’s ability to investigate, respond, correct the issue, or provide any available remedy. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Website Use

The AnyVisa website may contain links to third-party websites, including government websites, payment platforms, service providers, or other external resources. These links are provided for general information and convenience only. AnyVisa is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website. If you notice that any link on the AnyVisa website is broken, outdated, incorrect, inappropriate, or unsafe, please notify AnyVisa so that we may review it.

AnyVisa may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or online services where necessary, including in cases of website misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, false or incomplete information, abusive or disrespectful communication, non-payment, or other conduct that prevents AnyVisa from properly providing services.

This website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. You may not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful code, spam, misleading information, defamatory content, obscene or abusive material, or any content that infringes another person’s rights, privacy, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.

UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY ANYVISA, YOU MAY NOT COPY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLISH, DISPLAY, TRANSMIT, SELL, REVERSE ENGINEER, SCRAPE, OR OTHERWISE EXPLOIT ANY PART OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING ITS CONTENT, IMAGES, MATERIALS, DESIGN, TEXT, BRANDING, OR SERVICES.

10. Force Majeure

AnyVisa will not be responsible or liable for any delay, failure to perform, loss, damage, or additional cost caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, government delays or closures, changes in law, policy or procedure, technical failures of government portals or third-party systems, courier or delivery disruptions, strikes, labour disputes, public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fires, power outages, internet or communication failures, or other events outside AnyVisa’s reasonable control.

Where AnyVisa is unable to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, AnyVisa’s obligations will be suspended or excused to the extent and for the period affected by those circumstances.

AnyVisa may subcontract or assign part of its obligations where reasonably necessary for the provision of services, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.

11. General

All content on the AnyVisa website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, layout, software, code, documents, and other materials, is owned by AnyVisa or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. The website and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, or otherwise use any part of the website or its content without AnyVisa’s prior written consent.

All third-party trademarks, names, logos, materials, or content appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners. AnyVisa does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

AnyVisa respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, you must notify AnyVisa in writing and provide sufficient details to allow AnyVisa to review and respond to the concern.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyVisa, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, submission of false or misleading information, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.

These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by a person who is not a party to them, except for any lawful successor or permitted assignee.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, the parties agree to submit to the courts of British Columbia.

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, retainer agreement, invoice, privacy policy, refund policy, or written confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and AnyVisa regarding the applicable services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted as narrowly as possible to make it valid and enforceable. If this is not possible, that part will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
