What visas can I get?



Do I need to send my original passport to apply for a visa?



If you are eligible for electronic visa (e-visa), then you don’t need to send your original passport. For longer stay visas and some types of visas you will still require sending your original documents or even apply to the Embassy or Consulate in person.

How can I apply for an Egypt visa?



ANYVISA will assist you with the whole process: your documents preparation, shipping your original documents to authorized person, submitting them on your behalf to the Embassy in- person, receiving
your passport from the Embassy and shipping it back to you.

How long is visa processing time?



Most of the Consulate/Embassies offer regular and expedited visa processing options. But there still some countries that can not expedite your visa process, moreover it may take longer depending on country of your citizenship.

My visa is expired. Can I extend it?



Visas for certain countries can be extended while you are inside that country by applying at the Immigration authority office. If extension is not available you need to apply for a new visa.

I want to stay 1 year or longer in Thailand. What type of visa do I need?



We will be happy to offer you a consultation where we can discuss your situation and decide what of long term visa options will suit you most. We will prepare your visa application package and submit it on your behalf.

What Consular services can ANYVISA assist with?



Prepare and submit on your behalf: Applications for Document Legalization, Apostille, Police Clearance from Russia, Russian citizenship confirmation, Russian Pension inquiries and other services that can be

Can I apply for a Russian internal passport in Canada?



No, internal passports for Russian citizens can be issued only on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Can I renew my passport by mail without visiting Consulate or Embassy?



You need to contact the Embassy/Consulate directly and book an appointment in Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal. Another option would be to meet the Consul during their visit to Vancouver.

Can I get the duplicate of my Russian/USSR birth or other vital statistics certificates from
Canada?



We can assist you to obtaining the duplicate of your Russian/USSR Birth or other Vital Statistics certificates with Apostille, certified translation if required. Please contact ANYVISA for further information.

All my Russian documents (internal and external passports) are expired. How can I renew them?



First you will need to go through the procedure of citizenship confirmation. After your citizenship is confirmed, you can apply for your travel passport only in person. ANYVISA will be happy to prepare all
the required documents for citizenship confirmation and passport application.

What are the ways to apply for visas now?



There are 4 ways we can help you to apply for your visa. They are:
- applying in person at the Embassy or Consulate. Appointment is required,
- submitting your original documents by courier to the embassy/Consulate,
- submitting your original documents through the authorized person,
- electronic visa applications (e-visa, ETA) applying online for your visa with uploading the required documents.

What documents do I need to apply for a Schengen visa?



Currently, Schengen Area consists of 27 member countries in Europe.

If you are going to visit more than one Schengen country, your visa application should be filed for the country where you will spend most days of your trip. If you plan the same amount of time to visit each
country, then an application for a visa should be submitted to the Consulate of the country of your first entry. The list of documentation varies from case to case and will be provided accordingly.

Can you guarantee that I will receive a visa?



It is only at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate General to issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries. ANYVISA is not responsible for any delay by Embassy or
Consulates or, in assessing, granting or refusing any visa application.

I am on visitor visa in Canada. Can I apply for a visa from here?



Most of the countries require visa applicant to have permanent or temporary residency status in Canada in order to apply for a visa. However, your visitor status allows you to apply for a visa for some countries from Canada. Please contact us to get more information.

Is there a Russian Consulate in Vancouver?



No, there are only three Russian Diplomatic Missions in Canada: Embassy of Russia in Ottawa, Consulate General in Toronto and Consulate General in Montreal.

How often does the Russian Consul visit Vancouver?



There is no particular schedule for Consular visits. All announcements will be found on the Russian Embassy website.As soon as dates Consular visit to Vancouver are announced we inform our clients accordingly.

How can I renew my Russian passport?



You can apply for a Russian passport renewal, if you have an appointment during the Consular visit in Vancouver. Make sure you get a confirmation of your appointment directly from the Russian Consulate.

How can I legalize my Canadian-issued documents (Vital Statistics certificates, Power of Attorney, Diplomas, Transcripts, etc.)?



For the countries where the Apostille is accepted your documents should be apostilled by the designated authority. For the countries where the Apostille Convention is not in effect your documents should be legalized by Government of Canada and Embassy/Consulate country of your document use.

How can I get the Police Clearance Certificate from Russia?


