In order to verify Russian Citizenship of a child, both parents must have valid internal and/or foreign travel passports of the Russian Federation.

- The additional administrative fee for replacing a valid lost or stolen passport - 45 CAD u must pay this fee if you report a passport as lost or stolen and are applying for a replacement. This fee does not include the cost of the new passport.)
