Vietnam′s Business visa requirements:
Travellers to Vietnam, for all purposes (tourism, business, study, visiting relatives, volunteering...) need to obtain a valid visa before travelling. There is no visa requirement if you are just transiting through a Vietnamese international airport without entering the country.
Documents required:
- Invitation Letter from Vietnamese business partner/sponsor
The applicant should advise their Vietnamese sponsor(s)/business partner(s) of the following information:
- Full name
- Date and place of birth
- Nationality (previous and present)
- Passport number and type, dates of issue and expiry of the passport
- Expected dates of entry and exit
- Type of visa (single/multiple)
- Vietnamese mission from where the applicant would collect the visa.
- Visa application
- Passport sized photo (taken less than 1 year from the date of application with straight eyes and bare head);
- Valid passport or travel document in lieu of passport (passport validity must be at least 1 month longer than visa validity)
- Visa fee
All application forms must be completed and PRINTED in black and white with a good quality printer.
