I contacted for an appointment for passport renewal and certificate of life for my mother and there was no set date yet- therefore I asked if i can be notified when the date is confirmed. Soon I go a call and they scheduled the appointment , prepared all documentations and sent out instructions on place, time, what to bring etc. The appointment was very short and successful. No stress, no hassle for us. Thank you very very much - and we will definitely use your services next year and more.
