I used AnyVisa to authenticate and legalize documents at Global Affairs Canada and the Russian Embassy in Ottawa. I live in BC. AnyVisa set everything up perfectly, happily changed the process midway, and even kept an eye on our DHL shipment. I plan to use their service again for a private visa before our wedding.
