The team at AnyVisa are very helpful, and understanding, and will do their best to answer questions and provide support. But always be aware that the various Embassies that they work with are not, and also reserve the right to make rule changes, and charges as necessary. So before spending any money, do as much homework as possible directly with the consulate or Embassy that you will be asking for a Visa from, so you can avoid any last minute headaches. Also AnyVisa offers many rush options, but again you can't count on the Embassy to meet those needs, so try and always give yourself as much time as possible, so that you aren't worried about issues.
