I was impressed with Zalina's thorough, efficient service and communications. Not only were her replies to emails prompt, they were very personable and caring. Given that I live on the East Coast with a 4 hour time difference, her promptness was very much appreciated as were her attention to details and provision of the Expresspost Tracking Number for my passport from the Brazilian Consulate.
