  Azerbaijan′s Tourist/Business visa requirements:

  Documents required:

  1. Original Passport - must be valid for six months after departure form Azerbaijan
  2. Letter of request written by the traveler, stating the purpose of the visit, the date of entry and duration of stay, as well as information about the hosting party and request to grant a visa.
  3. Application form
  4. Two (2) colour photographs - 35mm x 45mm
  5. A copy of the travel tickets (a copy of round trip ticket)
  6. Invitation letter written in Azerbaijani - Confirmation from the receiving tourist organization in Azerbaijan or from a hotel is required. A tourist visa is valid for the exact dates of hotel accommodations purchased in advance.
     • For business, education and humanitarian visits - the invitation letter from receiving party in the official blank of the company along with the copy of the charter and state registration certificate of the company/organization. The invitation letter must be written in Azerbaijani language;
     • For personal visit - the invitation letter from Azerbaijani citizen or foreign citizen currently residing in Azerbaijan along with the copy of their Azerbaijani ID.
     • For multiple entries - an invitation from a receiving party should only be sent through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A multiple entry visa is valid for 1 year with the duration of stay for no more than 90 days.
